Graduates, faculty and staff celebrate in Vienna

Students in the Global MA program complete their master’s degree in 11 months, traveling every eight weeks to a new campus location in the Webster system. The class of 2017 studied in Vienna, Leiden, Athens, Geneva, Accra, Havana, Beijing, Bangkok, and Washington, D.C.

In addition to their masters degrees, each student earned a graduate certificate in Security Studies, Comparative & Regional Governance, or International Development.

Throughout their course of study, Global MA students learned the core theories, systems, and methodologies of international relations and applied this knowledge to issues of global importance such as terrorism, refugees and migration, economics, climate change, and foreign policy.
