The New Student Success Portal is Almost Here
The new Student Success Portal launches on Oct. 16

The Student Success Portal, powered by Starfish, has its initial launch on Oct. 16! In this first phase, the focus will be on training our faculty, staff, and students on the benefits of this new shared technology. The rollout will include information about setting up profiles, understanding and submitting early alerts (Flags), providing positive feedback to students (Kudos), and connecting students to resources through their personalized success teams. In addition, training will focus on online appointment scheduling and shared advising notes.

The Student Success Portal will ultimately be a robust system used throughout the global Webster network. This initial phase will focus on the Webster Groves campus and then rollout out to the domestic and international campuses. Early adopters at the domestic and international campuses are welcome to begin investigating the system with the knowledge training will be forthcoming in a future term.

Keep reading Webster Today for training opportunities at the Webster Groves campus. Faculty members, academic units, extended campus directors, and student support offices may also schedule informational meetings to learn more about the system by submitting a request at studentsuccess@webster.edu.
