RAD Submission Deadline Approaching

The submission period is winding down for Webster’s Fall 2018 Research Across Disciplines (RAD) conference. RAD is open to both undergraduate and graduate Webster students from any discipline, studying anywhere in Webster’s campus network around the world and online.

Have your students conducted research or developed an interesting creative project? Are you teaching a capstone or other showcase-type course?

If so, please encourage interested students to submit their work for presentation at the university’s RAD conference. The submission deadline of Friday, Nov. 2 is fast approaching.

This year’s conference will be held Friday, Dec. 7. The conference is designed to showcase students’ scholarly and creative works.

In addition to showcasing students’ independent research and creative projects, RAD can serve as a vehicle for highlighting students’ work in First Year Seminars, Keystone Seminars, Senior Thesis, and other “showcase” or capstone-type courses to the wider university community.

To get a sense of what the RAD conference is all about and for additional information, visit their websiteSubmissions will be accepted through Nov. 2.

Please encourage your students to consider this opportunity to share their work with the university community.
