Transfer Honor Society to Induct 32 Webster Students
Tau Sigma recognizes academic excellence and involvement by transfer students.

On Friday, April 27, 32 Webster University students will be inducted into the Tau Sigma National Honor Society in a ceremony in  Browning Hall Auditorium.

Tau Sigma is the national honor society designed exclusively for transfer students, to recognize and promote the academic excellence and involvement of transfer students. Webster’s chapter of Tau Sigma, Delta Upsilon, was officially chartered in April 2013 with an induction ceremony that saw 77 new inductees.

To become a member of the Delta Upsilon chapter of Tau Sigma, transfer students must have completed at least 13 credit hours at Webster and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher in their first semester at Webster. Induction into the Honor Society is by invitation only, coming straight from Tau Sigma headquarters, after a student has completed their first semester at Webster University.
