Webster Thailand alumni meeting in Myanmar

On Dec. 2, Webster University Thailand organized an alumni gathering event in Yangon, Myanmar, where graduates from as far back as 2001 reconnected and reminisced on their time at the University. Numerous alumni joined for a memorable evening.

Webster Thailand's campus director Keith Welsh hosted the event to foster pride, loyalty and a life-long connection between Webster alumni in Thailand.

“Webster Thailand is where we made many friends, and alumni relationships benefit us a lot in both business and personal life," said alumna Lai Lai Win, who serves as managing director at Great Amitie International.

Similarly, alumnus Yan Naing Oo, a business data analyst at Carlsberg Myanmar, spoke of friendliness while at Webster and of true diversity on campus where he had the opportunity to meet students from all over the globe.

Since 1999, Webster University Thailand has graduated more than 1,000 students from a variety of disciplines.
