Webster University alumna Abby Bandelow and MBA student Ellen Drazen are among the young professionals recognized in the St. Louis Business Journal's 2017 "30 Under 30," as featured in the July 7-13 edition.

They will be honored at a Business Journal cocktail reception on Thursday, July 13, 5:30-7 p.m. at .ZACK, home of the Kransberg Arts Foundation at 3224 Locust.

Bandelow, who earned her BA in public relations at Webster, is the event manager for Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis. In her 30 Under 30 profile, she mentions the impact her experience working for Webster's Campus Activities and for the Office of Special Events had on her future career, including a senior-year internship with Ronald McDonald House.

She also volunteered for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation while in college.

Drazen is enrolled in the MBA program offered through Webster's George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology. She is a corporate communications manager at Express Scripts, where she directs social media strategy and manages media relations for several corporate initiatives.
