ST. LOUIS - Congratulations to the honorees at the The St. Louis American Foundation's 7th Annual Salute to Young Leaders Awards, held the evening of Feb. 23 in downtown St. Louis. Among the 20 honorees are four Webster University graduates.

Accompanied by Webster colleagues and alumni attending to celebrate the honorees, Webster University President Elizabeth (Beth) J. Stroble spoke on behalf of the university as an event sponsor. She noted that 20 percent of the honorees were Webster alumni and she celebrated all those who lift their voices for opportunity and equality.

“Webster is proud to partner with the St. Louis American in recognizing outstanding young leaders,” Stroble said.  “The time is right to salute leadership, and the time is right for us to lead together.”
