Two Alumni Recognized in St. Louis Business Journal 40 Under 40

Webster University alumni Shannon Pasternak (BA ’06) and Nick Riordon (MS ’07) have been named to the St. Louis Business Journal's 2017 40 Under 40. Since 1995, the publication has honored young leaders who are already making their mark on the local business community. Pasternak and Riordon, who each earned degrees through Webster's Walker School of Business and Technology, will be honored with the rest of the 40 Under 40 at a dinner on Feb. 16.

RSVP for Great Decisions 2017: Discussing global issues with Webster faculty

It's time to register for Great Decisions 2017, the ever-popular series of current events presentations and discussions led by Webster University faculty and sponsored by the Webster University Alumni Association. Topics in this year's program, which runs on Monday nights in March and April, include nuclear security, the future of Europe, Middle Eastern issues and Latin American politics. RSVP by March 3.

Alumni Association Call for Award Nominations

The Webster University Alumni Association is seeking nominations for its annual awards. All members of the Webster Community are invited to nominate deserving alumni for the following awards: Loretto Award, Mary Elizabeth Newell Award, Young Alumni Award, and Distinguished Alumni Award. Please submit nominations by April 15.

Sultz '86 Visiting as Guest Alumni Choreographer for Dance, Biology

Heather Sultz '86, 2017 Guest Alumni Choreographer for the Dance Department, will be in residence in February to set a new dance piece on the Webster University Dance Ensemble, for performance this spring. In addition, she will hold workshops and lectures for both the Dance Department and the Biological Sciences Department.
