2018 Wellness Fair 'Invest in Your Wellness' Wrap-Up

The 2018 Webster Wellness Fair saw interest from many students and staff with 100 pre-registering for the fair and many others who were walk-ins. “Invest in Your Wellness” was the theme of the fair. It took place Sept. 10-14 in the Sunnen Lounge. Multiple students and staff are the winners of a $15 wellness item of their choice from Ekya McDowell (student), Heather Arora (staff), Maureen Weil (staff), Jody Paterson (staff), Vy Nguyen (student).

Tuition Exchange Info Sessions Sept. 17-18

Tuition exchange information sessions for full-time faculty or full-time staff members are available Sept. 17-18. Get information on college for your high school junior or senior dependents. The University offers two programs where dependent children of full-time Webster employees are eligible to apply for scholarships at other higher education institutions.

Tobacco-Free, Smoke-Free Campus Initiative Begins Aug. 15

Effective Aug. 15, 2018, Webster University’s main campus in Webster Groves will be designated as a tobacco-free and smoke-free campus, joining the many universities across the United States and in Missouri in setting this policy. This policy change reinforces our commitment to preserving and improving the health and comfort of our students, faculty, staff and guests.

Webster Wellness to Host Presentations on Social Security and Medicare

As a part of financial wellness, Webster Wellness will host presentations on Social Security and Medicare this month. A representative from Missouri Claim will be on campus Friday, April 20. On Tuesday, April 24, a representative from the Social Security Administration will be on campus to give a presentation on Social Security benefits.

Walk with the President in Destination: WELLNESS Wednesday

All are welcome even if you did not sign up for this "Path 3: Weekly Pit Stops" track or any part of the Destination: WELLNESS challenge.
