Webster at Home: CMS cello students demonstrate Suzuki method virtually

Jun Seo and Tara Santiago, faculty members of the Community Music School (CMS) at Webster University, teach cello in the CMS' Suzuki Program. Due to students not being able to come onto Webster to practice their music, these members are taking the steps of making sure these young musicians have the necessary means of continuing cello practicing. Seo and Santiago have recorded their students performing French Folk Song from their homes.

Webster At Home: DADAH students show off their home art studios

With people quarantined at their homes due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Department of Art, Design and Art History (DADAH) in the Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Arts switched up their social media to showcase some of the DADAH students' home studios where they continue to create artwork for their classes. Suddenly switching to a remote work or learning environments requires flexibility. As art majors, it can be challenging to move from college back home, and many times these students rely on the campus studios to do their projects. So to help out, some students offered some advice about moving from campus to their art home studios.

With everyone staying home during the quarantine, people can start feeling unsteady and restless. Avoid the gym and stay healthy with alternative training options you can perform either with or without equipment. At the Instagram account @gorlokstrength, Webster University Athletics Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Matthew Saitz features strength training exercises for Webster student-athletes. During the quarantine, he has been demonstrating some workouts from his home in Wentzville, Missouri.
