Webster Welcomes Spelman College to WINS Program

Spelman College, one of the nation’s oldest historically Black college and universities (HBCUs), is the newest addition to the WINS program. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Spelman is among the most selective women’s college in the nation and is recognized as a leader in Study Abroad, sending students to more than 40 countries.

Faculty Networking: Engagement in Internationalization Series

Faculty are invited to attend a faculty networking session, Exploring Online International Education at Webster, on Wednesday, Jan. 31, from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Faculty Development Center (Library, Suite 420). This is the fourth session in a series titled Engagement in Internationalization. This session will showcase best practices in online international education at Webster, and is designed to inspire ideas and collaboration across our worldwide campus network.

WINS Conference Welcomes Study Abroad Partners to Leiden

The Webster International Network of Schools (WINS) program conference, held at the Leiden campus July 2-5, showcased Webster's international campuses as study abroad destinations for WINS partner institutions. This year's attendance marked the highest in WINS program history, including long-standing partners such as King's College, and new partners such as Goucher College.

Provost Julian Schuster delivered the keynote address. This conference supported Diversity Abroad’s outstanding work in the field, and aligned with Webster’s strategic commitment to global innovation through inclusive leadership.

Webster Hosts Study Abroad Partners, Presents at Annual NAFSA Conference

International education professionals from around the globe recently meet in Denver, Colorado for the annual NAFSA: Association of International Educators conference. More than 9,000 professionals gathered to discuss issues surrounding all specialties of the field. The conference featured more than 200 sessions and workshops including presentations by Webster’s Bethany Keller, assistant director of the Multicultural Center and International Student Affairs, and Kim McGrath, WINS director.
