Miller Returns to Webster as Campus Dining Executive Chef

Campus Dining Welcomes New Executive Chef
Chef AJ Miller

With the new academic year comes a new -- and returning -- face for diners on the Webster Groves campus: AJ Miller has returned to Webster and Campus Dining Services as executive chef. In this role, he will work with the culinary team to plan menus and prepare food for the dining locations on campus as well as for catered events.
 
He previously served as sous chef at Webster from 2010-2014. Prior to returning to Webster, Miller served as chef manager for Sodexo’s operation at Express Scripts.

His prior culinary experience includes such restaurants as Luciano’s Trattoria, Square One Brewery, and Lucas Park Grille. He has also served as banquet chef at the Hyatt Regency. His work as a chef has been heavily influenced by local chef and restaurateur Marc Del Pietro, of The Block in Webster Groves and the Central West End.
