2016 Benefits Enrollment: Important updates

Oct. 26, 2015

This year’s enrollment period is Nov. 1-15. Benefit-eligible employees will receive a detailed packet mailed to their home address. It is very important to take time to look through the materials immediately and plan to attend one of the information meetings starting Oct. 27 to hear more about benefit options.

Key Changes

Please note the following key changes to the benefits package:

  • The EPO Choice plan has been eliminated – employees will choose between two plans: PPO Choice Plus or the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Medical premiums are decreased – all coverage tiers are impacted
  • A new Flexible Spending Account vendor will be used in 2016

All other plans, vendors and rates are the same (note that some are age-based). See your benefits packet for more information and plan now to attend an information meeting.
