2015-16 Campus Parking Permits Now On Sale

Webster Groves campus parking permits are now on sale for faculty, staff and students.

The Board of Trustees approved increases for the 2015-2016 year as compared to the prior year range, from $0 to $15 depending on the permit purchased.

2015-2016 Parking Permit Rates

  • Reserved Parking - $440
  • Faculty and Staff Lots and Garage - $285
  • Faculty and Staff Garage Only - $165
  • Adjunct - $130
  • Commuter students: Full Year - $155, Per Semester - $80, Per Term - $45
  • Student – Residence Halls: Full Year - $100, Per Semester - $55, Per Term - $30, Village Apartments (included in rent) - $155


To secure a 2015-16 permit, a new parking permit form must be completed and submitted each year to the Department of Public Safety, regardless of whether your permit type and/or your vehicle is the same as last year.

Payment for permits will be only as follows:

  • Employees – through payroll deduction
  • Students – through CARS/Connections account

Parking Tickets

Parking tickets issued during the 2015 – 2016 year will be processed and payments accepted as follows:

  • Employees – payment by cash or check at either the Public Safety office or the Business Office
  • Students – all tickets will be posted to the student’s CARS / Connections account

Please note, as in the past, payroll deduction for your parking permit will continue from one year to the next, adjusted for the 2015-16 permit rates, until you inform the Department of Public Safety you wish to discontinue your parking permit or make a change in the permit type.

A dedicated email address parkingappeals@webster.edu is being established as the only means to appeal a ticket, beginning Sept. 1, 2015. Appeals must be sent to this address within seven (7) days of receipt of the ticket. Appeals will be adjudicated within 14 days of receipt and all decisions are final.
