Sharpen Your Knives!

The Finance and Administration Staff Recognition Committee present the 5th Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest. Webster University faculty and staff  from the home campus, global campuses and extended campus locations are invited to dazzle us with your pumpkin carving skills and creativity.

The best carved pumpkin, as voted by Webster community members, will win a special prize! Pumpkins will be on display from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, in Winifred Moore Auditorium. Voting of the best carved pumpkin will begin at noon and will close at midnight on Halloween.

Squash the Competition!

Those in the St. Louis-area that would like to participate can RSVP to receive a pumpkin. The pumpkins may be picked up from Marletto’s Marketplace on Oct. 21 between noon and 1 p.m.

Extended campuses are welcome to join in the fun by submitting their carved pumpkin photo for the online voting.

Oct. 21 – Home campus carvers, pick up pumpkins in Marletto’s from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Oct. 19-28 – Submit photos of your pumpkins to websterfa@gmail.com
Oct. 28 – Home campus carvers, turn in pumpkins to the Winifred Moore Auditorium at 10:30 a.m. Pumpkins will be on display from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Carved pumpkins will be available for pickup at 1 p.m. this same day, or they will be donated to an organization.
Oct. 30Voting will begin at noon and will close at midnight on Halloween.

Update: This year's winner is "The Webster Minion", carved by Sarah Hirsch from Financial Aid.
