Webster Staff Aliance Presents Unconscious Bias

The Webster Staff Alliance in partnership with Focus St. Louis presents, "Unconscious Bias: a 3-part series on achieving equity."

Nov. 3: Unconscious Bias

The first workshop in the series will be Nov. 3, from 9-10:30 a.m. in the Library Conference Room. This first session will take a further look into unconscious bias and how it affects our daily interactions, decision-making abilities and choices.

Jan. 19 Rescheduled for Feb. 23: Equity vs. Diversity*

"Equity vs. Diversity" on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 9-10:30 a.m. will take a look into how we use diversity methods to truly create an equitable and inclusive environment.

*NOTE: Due to a medical emergency, this session originally scheduled for Jan. 19 was postponed. The rescheduled date is Tuesday, Feb. 23.

April 19: Where Do We Go From Here?

"Where Do We Go From Here?" on April 19, 9-10:30 a.m. will examine how to utilize the frameworks of equity and inclusion in your daily life.

All sessions will be held in the Library Conference Room.
