Employee Self-Service Portal: Medical plan descriptions and disclosures updated

The 2016 summary plan descriptions and the annual rights and resource disclosure for our medical plans have been updated in the document library of the health and welfare portal. Participants can access this information by logging into the employee self-service portal portal.adp.com and selecting “Health & Welfare” under the “Benefits” tab.
The Summary Plan Descriptions provide detailed information about your benefit coverage, including eligibility, coverage, exclusions and regulatory notices, among other things.
The Annual Rights and Resource Disclosure is an additional resource highlighting how to get information regarding your benefits, preventive health guidelines, wellness resources and tools, and members rights and responsibilities.
