Steward Featured in St. Louis American

Webster University alumna Kimberly Steward ’03 was the subject of a feature in the St. Louis American after she was back in St. Louis for the screening of “Manchester by the Sea” at the St. Louis International Film Festival.

The film, starring Casey Affleck, previously generated buzz as the best film at the Sundance Festival. Steward graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism through the School of Communications.

School of Communications faculty members Van McElwee and Zlatko Cosicalso had films screening at this year's St. Louis International Film Festival.

Student in KSDK Segment on Anti-Bullying

Luke Hart, a Webster freshman studying video game design in the School of Communications, was featured on NBC affiliate KSDK Channel 5 for a story on restorative practices to fight bullying.

Gibbs in Arkansas News on Bentonville

Mike Gibbs, director of Webster's campus location in Fayetteville, Arkansas, location, was quoted in several regional editions of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette about plans to open a temporary location in Bentonville due to a long-term construction project that is creating traffic jams that affect students' access to class in the area.
