Hiring Managers Training: Enterprise Systems Access Request Overview

Information Technology will host two training sessions for hiring managers covering the Enterprise Systems Access (ESA) Request Process. Attendees will learn how to use the Cherwell Customer Portal to properly request systems access for a new employee, to request a change of systems access for an existing employee, and to properly request termination of access for an employee who is leaving the University.

The first will be an in-person session held on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. in the East Academic Building, room 102.

A second session will be available via WebEx on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 9 a.m.
