Webster Wellness Updates and Events for Spring

Wellness and health updates for Spring 2016 for the Webster community:

  • The 2016 Mindful Miles program has begun and registration will remain open during the month of March. This is a fantastic way to be more active, reduce stress, gain more energy, sleep better, and win a free prize. The marathon is concludes on April 27, and although 26.2 miles is the goal, you do not have to stop there!(Students/faculty/staff)
  • April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. There will be numerous events held here at the Webster University home campus to provide you an extensive variation of information and resources.   • Webster Wellness Employee Reimbursement Programsubmissions are due March 31, and the second session will begin April 1. (Faculty/staff)
  • TIAA-CREF Seminar "Inside Money: Managing income and debt" will be held on Wednesday, April 6, from noon-1 p.m. in Sunnen Lounge. The seminar will explain the big picture of budgeting and help you develop powerful budgeting and debt management skills. Click here to register. (Faculty/staff)
