June IT Systems Maintenance Window

An IT Systems Maintenance Window is scheduled Friday, June 16, 10 p.m., through Sunday, June 18, at 3 p.m. CDT.

During this window, expect intermittent access or extended unavailability of systems as Information Technology upgrades and enhances Webster’s information systems

Work to be completed/systems affected includes:

1. Cisco Phone System Upgrade – All Cisco phone and phone-related services (i.e. voicemail, personal communicator) will experience intermittent outages between 11:30 p.m. CDT Saturday, June 17, through 8 a.m. CDT Sunday, June 18. 

2. CX Maintenance – CX and CX-Web (Student Academic Services and Faculty Academic Services) will be unavailable from 8-9 p.m. CDT on Saturday, June 17.

3. JX Maintenance – JX will be unavailable from 10-11 p.m. CDT on Saturday, June 17.

4. Office 365 Mobile App Testing – Any individual using the Office 365 Mobile App for Webster email may experience issues connecting to mail and other resources from the app between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. CDT Friday, June 16.
