2018 Benefits Open Enrollment Begins Soon
The Annual Benefits Fair will be held on-site Thursday, Nov. 2

This year’s benefits enrollment period is Nov. 1-15. Benefits-eligible employees will need to make an ACTIVE election for MEDICAL coverage to update any benefits or to continue Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account contributions.

Benefit-eligible employees will receive their detailed packet of information at their home address the week of Oct. 23. They should take time to look through the materials and plan to attend one of the information meetings starting Oct. 30.

They will also receive an email communication on Wednesday, Nov. 1, announcing the beginning of Open Enrollment and include a Benefits Overview video presentation to watch at their convenience while considering the 2018 enrollment.

Benefits Insight Meetings

These meetings are available on-site and remote via WebEx (password: 2018Benefits). Search “benefits” in Meeting Center. Mozilla Firefox browser preferred. These meetings will provide in-depth insight comparing the medical plan options and addressing your questions on other plan coverages.
