Webster Chamber Singers Perform Holiday Music on FOX 2 Nov. 23

Tune in to FOX 2 News on Friday, Nov. 23, at 10 a.m. to see the Webster Chamber Singers kick off the holiday season with several songs.

Led by Professor Trent Patterson, the group is also promoting their upcoming “Gift to the City” concerts in Belleville, lllinois, Dec. 8, and downtown St. Louis on Dec. 9.

Cornell on to Appear on FOX 2 Nov. 23 for Children's Book Discussion

And tune in to FOX 2 again Sunday morning, Nov. 25,  at 8 a.m. to hear School of Education Interim Dean Tom Cornell read a children’s book and discuss what to look for when buying books for toddlers that are just starting to learn how to read.

Hayes Named Interim Director of Blues Museum

Earlier in 2018, Hayes was a part of KDHX’s live panel discussion
of "Race and the Blues" as part of the station's "Black History Month
series.

School of Communications professor Bernie Hayes was recently named interim executive director of the Blues Museum in downtown St. Louis. Hayes has taught courses in cultural diversity at Webster for more than 20 years.

Hayes has over five decades of experience in the media and music industry and nearly three years on the National Blues Museum Board of Directors, has been a steadfast supporter of the museum and its commitment to preserving and honoring the legacy of the Blues and its musicians.
