IT Service Management Survey

Webster University Information Technology has identified several key areas in which to focus future strategic plans and roadmaps. One of these areas, IT Service Management, is committed towards ongoing service and support improvements. 

As part of this effort, a focus group has been developed, and we want to better understand the experience of our faculty, staff and students when they interact with IT in seeking technology support and resources. We invite you to participate in a survey designed to help capture this information. Your input will be very valuable to us as we identify better ways to serve you. 

The survey linked below contains 13 questions and should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.  This survey will be available until May 31. All responses are anonymous.
