100 Employers Set for Career and Internship Fair

For Webster University's 100th anniversary, a largest-ever lineup of 100 employers is now scheduled to attend the Career & Internship Fair 2015.

The Career Planning & Development Center will host the annual Career & Internship Fair Thursday, Oct. 1, 1-3:30 p.m., in the University Center Gym on the Webster Groves campus in St. Louis, Missouri.

This year, the Center is very excited to bring recruiters, some of whom are Webster University alumni, representing 100 companies and organizations to campus.

Edward Jones, Build – A- Bear Workshops,  Unisys, Abstrak Marketing, Maritz, Enterprise, Centene, Express Scripts, St. Louis Science Center, Dot Foods, Momentum, and Japanese Exchange and Teaching (JET Program) are just a few of the organizations that will be on campus this Thursday.

This is the largest number of employers ever to participate in an on-campus recruitment event. To view the full list of employers attending https://webster-csm.symplicity.com/events/.

The Center asks all faculty and staff to encourage all students and alumni to take advantage of this valuable career development opportunity.

“The employers are coming, now we have to get the students and alumni to participate!" said Trezette Dixon, assistant director, Employer Relations, Career Planning & Development Center. "Our students and alumni will help make this event a complete success.

"It’s not just for seniors. National and International employers are coming to campus, eager to meet the qualified, diverse and globally educated students and alumni of Webster University. In a technology driven job market, students get a rare opportunity to meet face to face with recruiters from a variety of industries.”
