Conservatory Presents 'Cockfight Play' April 8-10

The Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University presents Cockfight Play the weekend of April 8-10. Performances will be held in Stage III (located on the first floor of Webster Hall) on Friday at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday at 2 p.m.

A post-show discussion with Cockfight Play castmembers and director James Kolditz will follow the Friday performance.

To reserve tickets, call 314-968-7128. Tickets are free for Webster students, faculty and staff with a valid ID; $12 for adults; and $6 for seniors, students, and Webster alumni.

Due to language and subject matter this production is intended for mature audiences only.

Synopsis:

In Mike Bartlett’s Olivier Award-winning hit, John battles his own heart and struggles with a difficult decision: should he stay with the boyfriend he’s known for years or start a life and family with the woman with whom he’s fallen in love?
