Dean's Award for Service
The Dean's Award for Service is an award given each semester that recognizes Webster University students for performing a valuable service on or off campus. This award recognizes students' volunteer efforts in their campus student leadership roles and in community service off-campus.
Students can be nominated by any member of the Webster University community. Up to four award recipients will be selected from the Webster Groves campus and up to four award recipients will be selected from the rest of the Webster network.
Nominations are due in the Dean of Students office by Nov. 28 for Fall Semester awards. Please call 314-968-6980 if you have any questions or email Ted Hoef at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outstanding Student Employee Award
The Outstanding Student Employee Award will be presented to up to four student employees per semester from the Webster Groves campus and up to four award recipients will be selected from the rest of the Webster network. The purpose of this award is to recognize individuals who work at a superior level to serve the department in which they work and Webster University as a whole. In order to be eligible, students need to have been employed in the department for at least three (3) months and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.
Nominations are due to Danielle Ehrhard of the Student Employment Office by Nov. 28 for Fall Semester awards. Please call 314-246-8266 if you have any questions or email email@example.com.
All recipients for both awards will be recognized at a ceremony for their contributions. For St. Louis area recipients, nominators are invited to attend a ceremony in honor of the students recognized and say a few words about their contributions. Students receiving awards at a campus outside of the St. Louis area will receive a plaque acknowledging their accomplishments.
