Student Employers on Campus for Welcome Week

During Welcome Back Week, companies and organizations will be back on campus hosting Information Tables to kick off the Career Planning & Development Center’s on-campus recruiting for the fall.

Allied Universal and United States Postal Service will be hosting information tables in the University Center Commons, Tuesday, Aug. 29, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The USPS is hiring for the holidays, and Allied Universal will be promoting a variety of internships and professional opportunities for students.  

Centene Corporation and Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS) will be a part of the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology Welcome Back activities. WIFS will host a table while students enjoy the photo booth in the East Academic Building lobby, Tuesday, Aug. 29, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Centene Corporation will host a table at the Walker School's ice cream social on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Edward Jones Commons, East Academic Building. Centene Corporation is eager to connect with students about the internships and entry level opportunities.

These events are a part of the Career Planning & Development Center’s efforts to get students engaged with employers early and often.
