IT to Begin Community Discussions
The discussions will provide feedback on IT service awareness and customer satisfaction levels.

Information Technology is excited to start a series of community discussions with constituents across the university to gather feedback on IT service awareness and customer satisfaction levels.

The objective is to improve customer satisfaction, as well as establish the foundation for a continuous service management improvement program.

IT will soon reach out to department representatives to schedule meetings and will encourage them to share the discussion topics, and gather their feedback from the department so everyone has the opportunity to be represented if they cannot attend.


IT looks forward to identifying opportunities to improve on the service it provides to the community.
