Webster University Hosts Author Sidney Blumenthal Nov. 8

President Elizabeth (Beth) J. Stroble invites the Webster community to a talk with author Sidney Blumenthal, as part of the Contemporary Conversations for a Connected World serieson Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 4 p.m, in the East Academic Building, room 253.  

Blumenthal is an American journalist and author of "A Self-Made Man: The Political Life of Abraham Lincoln" Vol. I, 1809 -1849, and his new book, "Wresting with His Angel: The Political Life of Abraham Lincoln" Vol II, 1849 -1856.

Blumenthal's talk will be followed by a book signing and reception at 4:45 p.m.

The Contemporary Conversations for a Connected World series celebrates Webster’s great heritage of bringing to campus thought leaders who are progressive, bold, entrepreneurial, provocative and inclusive.
