The Community Music School of Webster University (CMS) invites you to a be a part of a live radio broadcast on Sunday, March 11, at 3 p.m. The concert will be held at the Centene Auditorium with a reception to follow.

About Jerry Chang

Ten-year-old Jerry Chang is a piano student at the Community Music School of Webster University studying under Zena Ilyashov for the past six years, having started at the age of four. During the school year Jerry works with Ilyashov for two, one-hour sessions every week. In 2017, he won third prize at the prestigious Kaufman International Youth Piano Competition, Junior Division, in New York City. Jerry mastered 15 minutes of music for the semi-finals and an additional 20 minutes of music for the finals, all from memory. He attends Forsyth School in Clayton and when he's not playing the piano, he pursues his favorite sport, soccer.

About Centene Auditorium

Centene Auditorium has a 280-person seating capacity located in the heart of Clayton in the Centene Corporation headquarters. The auditorium has plush leather seats with a sound room in the rear for audio recording, a stage with the capacity to hold a band or small orchestra, and a Steinway grand piano. The auditorium has excellent acoustics and is intimate with all seats having a great view of the stage.
