Webster Wellness brings WW back to campus

The Webster Wellness Committee is bringing Weight Watchers back to campus! The program will be open to faculty, staff, and students. You also may or may not have recently heard – Weight Watchers has rebranded:

"As we evolve our business to deliver on our purpose, our brand needs to evolve, as well. A brand that is rooted in heritage yet is becoming more holistic, diverse and reflective of what people want in a health and wellness partner today. To do that, we must represent more than weight – which is why, instead of the name Weight Watchers, we choose to lead with a WW mark. We will be called WW."

To start things off, WW will host a free Information session on campus to explain the program and get people signed up on the spot. More information will be provided as the meeting approaches – there is a great option for spreading out the cost. Employees with medical coverage, don’t forget, WW membership fees qualifies for the Webster Wellness Employee Reimbursement Program!

To host this session, 20 people are needed to commit to attending. Those interested are asked to please complete this doodle poll by the end of Thursday, Oct. 25 to contribute potential dates and times for the free WW Information Session. Please be sure to provide your full first and last name when responding so you can be found in the directory and emailed with additional information. Doodle responses are not viewable by other poll takers and are only provided to a Wellness Committee representative.

If you have any questions, please reach out to the Webster Wellness Committee at wellness@webster.edu.
