Students: Share your art at the Diversity & Inclusion Conference

The SGA Diversity and Inclusion Committee invite students to submit their art to be exhibited on campus at the 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Conference. Art submissions are due no later than Feb. 14. The submission must include a written explanation (maximum 250 words) on how or why your art exemplifies the theme “Seeing Humanity.”

Webster University Students Perform at MLK 2020 Community Celebration in Webster Groves

Webster University student performers will again be part of annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day celebrations in Webster Groves. Conservatory of Theatre Arts students Tony Merritt II and Amara Webb will perform "The Color Purple," the titular selection from the Broadway musical. Also performing at the event is Madison Rodgers, a Webster Department of Dance student who will share a self-choreographed solo. The 2020 Community Celebration takes place Sunday, Jan. 19.

'Ink Drawings from Other Places' Opens at Arcade Gallery Jan. 17

Join the Department of Art, Design & Art History (DADAH) at the Arcade Contemporary Art Projects Annex Gallery on Friday, Jan. 17 from 6-8 p.m. for the opening reception of "Grant Hargate: Ink Drawings from Other Places." While there, attendees have the opportunity to attend the closing reception of the "Art is Labor" exhibit.
