Webster Welcomes Virginia Tidewater Consortium for Higher Education to WINS

The Virginia Tidewater Consortium for Higher Education (VTC), a consortium of 14 institutions of higher education engaged in numerous cooperative activities, has formally joined the WINS program. Each VTC member is now a WINS institution and can send students to study abroad at any of Webster’s international campuses.
Participating institutions include: Christopher Newport University, College of William
and Mary, Eastern Shore Community College, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Hampton
University, Joint Forces Staff College, Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University,
Paul D. Camp Community College, Regent University, Thomas Nelson Community College,
Tidewater Community College and Virginia Wesleyan University.
Located in the Hampton Roads area on the beautiful coastline of southeastern Virginia,
VTC is a consortium of 14 institutions of higher education engaged in numerous cooperative
activities among the member institutions. The organization’s mission is to “provide
maximum educational opportunity for the citizens of Hampton Roads.”

The WINS program, established more than 15 years ago, creates partnerships between Webster University and U.S. universities to provide access to Webster's international campuses on four continents. The program allows full-time, degree-seeking students of affiliated U.S. universities to study abroad at one of Webster's international campus locations and allows for collaborative program development amongst partner institutions.
