Webster Students Present at 'Hatebrakers in History' Conference Dec. 2

Nine Webster University students will be presenting their work at the Missouri History Museum in the AT&T Room on Sunday, Dec. 2, from 2-4 p.m., as part of the "Hatebrakers in History" Conference. This event is open to the public.
The presentations will explore the lives and legacies of people who sought to defuse hatred, prevent violence and heal the wounds of racial, ethnic and social conflict. The keynote speaker will be Susan Margolis Balk, president and founder of Hatebrakers/New Conscience, Inc.
The conference was organized by Warren Rosenblum, professor of history and chair of the History, Politics, and International Relations Department in Webster's College of Arts and Sciences, in conjunction with the Missouri History Museum and Hatebrakers.
