25 Gorlok Student-Athletes Earn SLIAC All-Academic Team Honors

The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) named 25 Webster University honorees to the 2018 Fall All-Academic Team on Tuesday.

The SLIAC Fall All-Academic team had a total of 206 student-athletes total from around the conference honored.

In order to earn All-Academic Team honors a student must hold a 3.5 cumulative grade point average, be at least a sophomore in academic standing and have been enrolled in at least one full year at their current institution.

The Gorlok women's soccer and volleyball teams each had eight players recognized and the men's soccer team had six selections. The men's and women's cross country teams had two students and one student selected, respectively.

Four of the honorees are three-time SLIAC Fall All-Academic selections: senior volleyball players Samantha Budrovich, Torie Grassi, Kelsey Hamann and senior women's soccer player Jillian Zimpfer.
