Additional Tutoring Resources Available for All Webster Students
June 27, 2019

The Academic Resource Center (ARC) is excited to announce the additional tutoring resource of online, professional tutoring through NetTutor. To use this resource, students can access any course in WorldClassRoom (Canvas) and now click on NetTutor in the left-hand menu of the course.
NetTutor is available to all Webster students – graduate and undergraduate throughout the worldwide network, including online-only students. Professional tutors are available for many subjects, and if one is not readily available, NetTutor will try to connect the student with a professional tutor.
NetTutor’s professional tutoring resources compliment the current peer tutoring resources offered through the ARC’s Tutoring Program, and students may access both programs and resources as appropriate and/or as they prefer. If a peer tutor is not available, the Tutoring Program will work to connect the student with one, and may also direct a student to NetTutor.
NetTutor is not available for writing assistance, but writing assistance is supported through the ARC’s Writing and Online Writing centers. For more information about these resources, please contact Kristin Cobos, Writing and Online Writing Center coordinator, at 314-246-8685 or kristincobos14@webster.edu.
Questions about the Tutoring Program should be directed to Cherie Wyatt, Tutoring Program coordinator, at 314-246-7107 or cheriewyatt41@webster.edu.
