May 06, 2019

Over the weekend of April 20-21, five students from Webster Thailand participated in the 7th International Leadership Development Program (iLDP) organized by CP ALL Public Company Limited and supported by Panyapiwat Institute of Management. The event had a total of 30 participants from seven different universities in Thailand.
From the Cha-am Campus, Webster students Erica Figueiredo, Elamarie Mission (Carmel) and Krishti Gurung participated. From the Bangkok Academic Center, Arun Prakash Sharma and Sahan Wickramasinghe represented Webster Thailand.
"The two-day program was very well planned and coordinated. At the event, we learned from experienced trainers on developing skills in team building, confidence development, and critical thinking,” said Prakash Sharma.
“The visit to Ichitan Tea Factory on the second day was a great opportunity for us to learn how the ready-to-drink tea is produced and distributed. All in all, it was a perfect weekend in which we made great friends, spent time in nature, and developed ourselves overall. And, how can I forget being crowned as the ‘Prince’ of 7th iLDP! Many thanks to Webster for providing us the opportunity and PIM and CP all company and their staffs for the wonderful event."
