Academic Resource Center: Peer tutoring and writing support

ARC Support and Service Returns with Peer Tutoring and Writing Supports

Faculty and students can connect with these services by reaching out to the Academic Resource Center (ARC) team via phone or email. The team’s contact information is available at webster.edu/academic-resource-center/meet-our-staff/. Additionally, faculty may raise Referrals in Starfish to connect students to these services.

Students who would like to work with an academic counselor for assistance with anything that is affecting them academically, including help getting organized and/or online course strategies, may also schedule an appointment directly with Lisa Hempen, Student Success Coordinator, through the Student Success Portal by going to their My Success Network section, searching for Hempen, and selecting Lisa’s name. Then, they just click on the Schedule Appointment button and follow the prompts. (To access the Student Success Portal, students and employees may click on Student Success Portal in any WorldClassRoom course shell or go to success.webster.edu and log in with their Connections credentials.)
