Redesign of Introductory Writing Class: Submit writing assignments, writing careers

The English Department's Introductory Writing class (WRIT 1010) is being redesigned with the Online Learning Center for Fall 2020. Adjunct faculty member Kate Bloomquist hopes to feature some sample writing assignments and writing prompts from across all academic disciplines, so that students can see the variety of writing they'll be doing at the university level. 

• Faculty members are asked to submit their favorite writing assignment/project prompt by May 31.
• Staff members are encouraged to send in videos and written testimonials about their experiences with writing in their careers. This will be used for a section called "Writers@Webster."
