Recruiter Inactive During Transition to Slate CRM

Do You Help Recruit Students? Get Up to Speed with Slate
Slate launches June 15

Slate, a new customer relationship management (CRM) tool for undergraduate and graduate student recruitment, launches on June 15.

Webster University's Enrollment Management team will begin the process to switch everything over from Recruiter to Slate during the week of June 8. On Thursday, June 11, at 12 p.m. CST, Recruiter will become unavailable for all prospective students and all staff. The Slate CRM will be enabled Monday morning, June 15. All users will be emailed once they can log in and access the system.

During the downtime, prospective students will be redirected to a maintenance page that informs them that our application system is undergoing an update. On that page they will be given the option of entering some basic information if they wish to be notified when the system is operational and we can contact them. Those emails will start to go out Monday after the system is up and running.

Training Schedule

Training will be held via WebEx. Users received an email from Enrollment Technology with the dates and times for their specific Slate training. Training must be completed in order to be an active User in Slate.
