The Council of International Schools is a global organization committed to fostering high-quality international education. Eligibility for membership is only available to universities or business schools with institutional accreditation. The recruitment event is one of its most high-profile gatherings, attracting over 1,000 participants from Suisse Romande and beyond. Its primary mission is to support schools and higher education institutions around the world by promoting best practices in education, accreditation and professional development. CIS provides a platform for schools to collaborate on shared goals such as student well-being, intercultural understanding and sustainable development.

Webster University and each of its international locations hold CIS membership, which includes some of the world's most prestigious schools. This membership emphasizes the importance of education in preparing students for global citizenship. By advocating for continuous improvement and offering accreditation standards, CIS plays a pivotal role in ensuring that international education remains a dynamic and forward-thinking field.

The event provided an invaluable platform for engaging in meaningful discussions about the future of international education.
