Webster University in Tashkent Wins the 'Brand of the Year 2023' Award

Webster University in Tashkent (WUT) is proud to announce its recognition as the "Brand of the Year 2023" by the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan. This award highlights Webster's outstanding marketing achievements and significant impact on Uzbekistan’s higher educational market over the past year.

Webster University in Tashkent, the first American university established in Uzbekistan, has been at the forefront of providing world-class education and fostering academic excellence in the region. Last year, Webster Tashkent earned the second place among all higher educational institutions in the country for the Brand of the Year. This year’s top honor further bolsters its position as a leading educational brand in Uzbekistan. 

The ‘Brand of the Year’ Award aims to identify, support, and encourage marketing teams and experts who have excelled in the domestic market. It acknowledges the development of entrepreneurship and the infrastructure of the marketing and advertising services market in Uzbekistan. This year’s award process included a rigorous evaluation by an expert jury and a consumer voting period from April 1 to May 1. 
 
The expert jury, comprised of leading marketing and advertising specialists from the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan, recognized Webster Tashkent’s effective marketing initiatives and its role in shaping the educational landscape in Uzbekistan. 
  
This accolade signifies Webster's commitment to delivering high-quality education and innovative marketing strategies that resonate with students and stakeholders alike. The award also allows Webster Tashkent to use the “Brand of the Year” status in its advertising and media communications, further enhancing its brand visibility and reputation.
