IT Service Desk Walk-Up Hours Updated for Fall 2019

Information Technology is pleased to announce that we will be continuing IT Service Desk Walk-Up services during select hours throughout the academic year for students, faculty and staff.
These services include:
- Assistance setting up Office 365/Connections accounts
- Office 365/Connections Password Reset Assistance
- Assistance configuring Webster email on a personal device
- Assistance connecting to WiFi
These services will be offered in Webster Hall 15 and Sverdrup 107E. Hours are expected to vary the first three to four weeks of the semester before transitioning to a more regular schedule so please be sure to bookmark this page and visit regularly for the latest hours of operation.
We look forward to this new opportunity to interact with the community and provide additional ways to receive assistance connecting to Webster’s technology services.
