Power Impact: How You Should Prepare
These buildings will be without electrical power during the above mentioned dates and times and will not be accessible to faculty, staff, or students.
To prepare for this work, the occupants of these buildings need to turn off their computers, printers, and any other electrical equipment on Tuesday, Dec. 23, before leaving for the holidays. Also, please remove any food and any other perishable items from refrigerators and take precautions with small office refrigerators as they will defrost.
The Department of Facilities Planning and Management will keep the Webster University community informed as the work on the Electrical Customer Substation progresses. If you have any questions, please contact Jim Ward, project manager, at 314-246-7481 or via e-mail at wardji@webster.edu.
