Change Leadership Concepts with Memphis-Area Chamber
Haldeman will return to complete their seminar in June.

Members of the 2016 Leadership Bartlett Class experienced insight from Webster University's Change Leadership program thanks to a visit from Jeff Haldeman, professor of management in Webster's George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology.

Haldeman led the cohort through change leadership and self-evaluation exercises. Participants evaluated their leadership competencies, determined the areas that are most critical to their job yet where they are the weakest, and were given tasks they could complete to improve their leadership skills over the next five months.

That's when Haldeman will return in June to complete the seminar with the group and discuss their individual improvements in leadership skills during this time period.

Haldeman's visit is part of a partnership between the Webster University Memphis NSA Mid-South campus location and the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce, which is based in the Memphis suburb.
