Global Student Leadership Summit
The first GSLS was held in St. Louis in 2015.

Webster University will be hosting the 2019 Global Student Leadership Summit from May 27-31, 2019, at the St. Louis campus in Webster Groves.

Applications are now being accepted from students from the following campuses who have agreed to participate: St. Louis, Vienna, Geneva, Leiden and Ghana. The application can be found online and must be submitted by the extended deadline of Jan. 25.

To be eligible, students must be matriculated Webster sophomores/second year, junior/third year students, or first-year graduate students, in good academic standing and good judicial standing.  Exceptional freshmen may be considered on a case by case basis.  Eligible students must plan to be enrolled at their home campus for the 2019-2020 academic year.

About the summit

The Global Student Leadership Summit provides a unique opportunity for Webster University student leaders to gain knowledge and skills, and create positive change in a global environment.

By developing relationships with peers from throughout Webster's global network, participants gain a better understanding of the impact student involvement has on students and Webster University worldwide.

The summit includes interactive sessions focused on leadership development, communication, intercultural competency, and social responsibility, plus a local excursion, and outstanding networking with fellow students from throughout the Webster global network.
