Department of Teacher Education to Host Virtual Conference on Special Education

Webster University’s Department of Teacher Education is celebrating 25 years of offering the Special Education Program for Students with Severe Developmental Disabilities and Autism.

To mark the 25th anniversary, the department is offering a free virtual conference entitled “Reaching and Teaching All Learners During a Global Pandemic: It Takes a Village” to address considerations in Special Education during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3 from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The conference will provide opportunities for discussion among education professionals and will feature presentations from experts in the Special Education field.
