Students to Connect with Area Businesses at Virtual Career Fair Oct. 6

 

The Career Planning & Development Center will host over 35 employers at its annual Career Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 1-4 p.m. CT, via Handshake, Webster University's online career management and recruiting platform.

Recruiters will connect virtually with Webster students through one-on-one and group sessions. BJC Healthcare, Enterprise Bank & Trust, Peace Corps, Wells Fargo Advisors, Easter Seals, The Nine Network, Northwestern Mutual, U.S. Department of State, and Starkloff Disability Institute are among the organizations that will be engaging with students.

The Career Planning & Development Center asks faculty and staff to encourage students and alumni to register and sign-up for sessions with recruiters.

This event is not just for seniors who are looking for full-time employment; sophomores and juniors can talk to employers about internships and freshmen can register for group sessions to explore career opportunities. It's a perfect opportunity for everyone to practice networking virtually.
