Employees: Third 'Witnessing Whiteness' cohort begins in August

'Witnessing Whiteness' Limited Registration Now Open Through July 24

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, in collaboration with the YWCA, will host its third cohort of Witnessing Whiteness for Webster University’s St. Louis area faculty and staff. This cohort will launch on Aug. 31, and meet virtually for a total of ten Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m., concluding on Dec. 7 (see below for the list of scheduled dates). Ideally, participants will attend all 10 sessions, however, no more than two sessions may be excused.

In order to maintain a closed group of only Webster University faculty and staff, a minimum of 15 participants are required by July 15. Interested employees are encouraged to check their calendar against the meeting dates. After the maximum spaces of 18 people are reserved, a waitlist will be formed based on a first come, first served basis.
